What can you embroider?
Swecker's works with embroidery projects that can include hats, polos, workwear, uniforms, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, patches, team apparel, bags, and other suitable items. If the product you need is not in the online shop, send a quote request so the item and project can be confirmed first.
Can I order and pay online?
Yes. Products that are enabled in the online shop can be configured, added to cart, and purchased through secure Square checkout. Use the custom quote route for larger, unusual, personalized, or more detailed projects.
Do you provide the garments?
Products sold through the online shop are provided as shown in the catalog. If you need a garment that is not listed, request a quote so Swecker's can confirm the item and approach before the order moves forward.
Can I bring or send my own items?
Ask first. Whether a customer-supplied item is appropriate can depend on the garment and embroidery project. Use the quote form or contact Swecker's before dropping off or shipping an item.
Is there a minimum order?
Available online products can be ordered in the quantities allowed by the shop. Custom or bulk project requirements can depend on the item and project, so request a quote when you need a specific quantity or a product outside the catalog.
How long does embroidery take?
Timing can vary with the product, quantity, artwork, placement, and current project details. If you have a needed-by date, include it in the quote request. Swecker's can confirm what is workable before production begins.
Can you embroider my logo?
Yes. Logo embroidery and other custom artwork should go through the custom quote form so you can upload the design and provide the project details in one place. Ready-to-order products in the Shop can be purchased directly without uploading artwork during checkout.
What file type should I send?
The custom quote form accepts common image and design formats including PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, and several embroidery formats. Send the best file you have; if another format or detail is needed, Swecker's can follow up.
What if I do not have a finished logo?
Send the best artwork or reference you currently have through the quote form and explain what you are trying to accomplish. That gives Swecker's something concrete to review before deciding what is needed next.
Do you offer bulk, business, team, or organization orders?
Yes. The custom quote form is designed for larger quantities, businesses, teams, schools, organizations, multiple sizes, special garments, multiple placements, and projects that need more coordination than a standard online product.
Do you ship?
Yes. Shipping is available throughout the United States. The current shipping cost and order total are shown during checkout before payment.
Where is local pickup?
Local pickup is available in Cabot, Arkansas. Pickup details are confirmed with the customer after the order.
What if I need something that is not listed online?
That is exactly what the quote form is for. Tell us the item, estimated quantity, placement, colors, needed-by date if applicable, and upload any artwork or reference you have.
