Use this page to answer early customer questions before they submit a quote.

Do I pay online?

No online payments are included in this starter version. Customers submit quote requests first, and payment can be handled after details are reviewed.

Can I upload my logo?

Yes. The quote form accepts logo/design uploads and optional inspiration photos. Metadata is stored in D1 and files are stored in R2.

What if I do not have a finished logo file?

Customers can submit a photo, reference, or description. The owner can review and follow up if the file needs cleanup or digitizing.

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes. Bulk orders are quote-based so quantity, item type, colors, embroidery placement, and timeline can be reviewed before pricing.

What kinds of apparel can be requested?

Hats, polos, shirts, jackets, uniforms, workwear, patches, team apparel, event apparel, and personalized gifts are all included as quote categories.

Are reviews posted immediately?

No. Reviews are submitted as pending and must be approved in the admin review portal before they show publicly.
